Instructions
In a large pot, saute the onion until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer chili on low for about 15-20 minutes. Taste and add more lime juice or salt and pepper if needed.
