- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil OPTIONAL, or veggie broth if not using oil
- 4 large portobello mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 sweet onion thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp brown rice flour
- ½ cup low-sodium vegetable broth
- 6 whole-grain vegan hot dog buns
Sauté garlic in a pan using oil or broth until lightly browned. Add veggies and cook covered until mushrooms release some liquid.
Remove cover and add parsley, salt and pepper and mix well. Add flour and veggie broth and continue to cook until juice thickens.
Remove from heat and serve in buns.
