unsweetened almond milk
or coconut milk for extra-rich flavor and creaminess

frozen raspberries

Instructions
In a blender, blend all the pudding ingredients except the chia seeds until smooth.
In a bowl, whisk the blended milk into the chia seeds. There will be more milk than seeds, so the seeds will absorb the liquid.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
Top with fresh raspberries, sliced banana, and shredded coconut or your other favorite toppings.
