baby red potatoes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
In a large bowl, combine everything but the onion and bell peppers. Make sure it's well mixed and well coated with the spices.
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking sheet, and spread out in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes.
Pull from oven, stir and flip with a spatula. Scatter onion and bell peppers over top, and bake for 15-20 more minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
NOTE: You can substitute rutabagas with any other root vegetable.
