Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Place the sweet potatoes on the foil lined baking sheet cut side down.
In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with all the spices.
Place the chickpeas and the sweet potatoes in the oven and set a timer for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, make the sauce and prepare the toppings. Mix the lemon garlic sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and set aside. Chop parsley. Halve the grape tomatoes. Set aside.
When the time goes off, pull the chickpeas and let the potatoes roast for 10 more minutes.
Pull the potatoes from the oven. To serve, top your serving of sweet potatoes with the roasted chickpeas and grape tomatoes. Sprinkle with parsley and drizzle with lemon garlic sauce.
