Peanut Butter Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tsp ground flax seed
  • pinch salt

For the peanut butter layer:

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter all-natural

For the chocolate layer:

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a glass tupperware and mix. Divide in 2 bowls.
  • Mix peanut butter into one bowl. Mix cocoa powder into the other bowl.
  • In wide-mouth mason jars, layer the peanut butter and chocolate mixtures. OPTIONAL: Top with peanut butter and a few chocolate chips.
