Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • 4 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp jam or jelly of your choice

Instructions

  • Divide all the ingredients except jam between 4 mason jars. Mix well to combine.
  • Top with jam.
  • Cover with lids. Refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
