Oat Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed (flaxseed meal)
- ½ cup hot water
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 TBSP ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 bananas
- 1 apple
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a small bowl, mix water with flaxseed and let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together with the flaxseed mixture until well mixed.
- Place batter in the muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes.
