Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed (flaxseed meal)
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 2 TBSP ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • In a small bowl, mix water with flaxseed and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together with the flaxseed mixture until well mixed.
  • Place batter in the muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes.
