Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream
This healthy dairy and sugar free soft serve dessert is so rich and chocolate-y!

Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas chopped in 1 inch chunks
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or other natural butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2-5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth. You may need to add a little plant milk if your blender isn’t strong enough to handle the frozen bananas.
- Either serve immediately as soft serve, or freeze for up to an hour for a firmer texture to serve with an ice cream scoop.
Notes
This tastes best if you eat it the same day. However you can freeze it up to a month in an airtight container.
