Strawberry Nice Cream
This strawberry dairy and sugar free soft serve dessert is so refreshing and delicious!

Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas chopped in 1 inch chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth. You may need to add a little plant milk if your blender isn’t strong enough to handle the frozen bananas.
- Either serve immediately as soft serve, or freeze for up to an hour for a firmer texture to serve with an ice cream scoop.
Notes
You can freeze it up to a month in an airtight container.
