- 2 roma tomatoes
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 pineapple finely chopped
- 1 lime juice of
- 1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
- crushed red pepper flakes to taste
- tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients for the pineapple salsa and stir in the lime juice. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
