Ingredients

  • 1 pkg whole wheat pasta
  • 2 granny smith apples grapes, and celery
  • 2 cups grapes halved
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon juice of
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to the package directions.
  • Once the pasta is done, drain, and rinse it with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine pasta and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
