Lentil Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz can lentils rinsed and drained
- 1 bag green beans fresh, steamable
- 1 container organic spring mix
- 4 Tbs capers
For the dressing:
- 1 Tbs brine from capers
- 2 Tbs peanut butter
- 1 Tbs tahini
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbs hot sauce
Instructions
- Steam the green beans.
- Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix all the salad ingredients. Top with dressing.
