Ingredients

  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 pineapple finely chopped
  • 1 lime juice of
  • 1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • crushed red pepper flakes to taste
  • tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients for the pineapple salsa and stir in the lime juice. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
