So, we have tasted and tested thousands of recipes. Only the best tasting recipes make the cut for us to share with you.

While everyone’s taste buds like different things, we try to please a broad majority of people.

It has to be good for you!

You want to try or keep eating a plant-based diet but worry that you might not be getting the necessary nutrients. There is so much conflicting information out there, right?

We follow the whole-foods plant-based (WFPB) standards of eating for a majority of our recipes, while staying within the parameters of mainstream dietary science.

In other words, we want to make sure that our meal plans help you eat a balanced diet that ensures you get optimal nutrients.

Simplicity

It has to be easy to make!

 Ooh, this looks yummy… and takes an hour of hands-on time and another hour or so of cooking time. Or it takes advanced cooking skills you really don’t feel like learning on the spot just then. Good-bye, hand-made pasta!

Between work, school, family, social and other obligations, most of us don’t have that kind of time in our day-to-day lives. 

We select recipes that are first and foremost quick and easy to make. We will be also sharing some special dishes that are to die for but take more work.
